The K-Duo Plus has plenty of height to fit a tall travel mug. But regular-sized mugs are just too far down there which results in splashing and spattering. Thus this riser.
There is a flat indexing tab on the back to make it easier to set it down straight. I've also preserved the "oh no, I forgot to put a mug in place" hole. Lastly, there is a slightly raised platform on the top to remind you to set the cup a bit towards the rear, as the outlet spout for the K-Kup function is set back as well.
A 38mm and 55mm high version are both included in the files. Pictured is the 38mm version.

I printed with 10% honeycomb infill with top and bottom perimeters set to 0. Then, I added a modifier to enforce 3 perimeters for that last little platform on top. I also used Hilbert Curve top pattern. Not necessary, you can just print with regular perimeters everywhere and normal top pattern, but I think it looks cooler.
