Commercial Chef Dehydrator CCD100W replacement impeller fan

Replacement impeller fan for Commercial Chef CCD100W.

Print in ABS! Do not print this with anything less than ABS-level heat tolerance. I didn't try any other filament types.

Press fit onto the motor shaft. Don't press it down all the way and don't make it flush with the top of the shaft. It took me a few tries of fitting it before finding the sweet spot. Test the fan for multiple hours to allow everything to heat up and confirm clearance before screwing anything back together.

I created this because my original impeller melted when I ran the dehydrator on carpet, which didn't allow proper airflow. The melted impeller is pictured.
