This is the simplest barbell collar you'll find on the Internet!
I hate complex designs so I made my own collars to prevent using supports, custom pins, TPU...

You'll need some easy to find hardware:

• 8 M4x40
• 2 M4x12 or 1 M4x25

For the assembly take a look at the picture, I think it's pretty easy
 

Print with enough perimeters to obtain solid pieces. Printing with 100% infill and low perimeters is NOT the best way to get strong components.
