ER20 BLTouch mount

Original BLtouch mount for ER20 printer. 

One version requires a change in one of the screws that holds the fan cage, the other doesn't require this(it has a pocket for it to slide), but i haven't tested if tolerances are ok because I had a spare screw for the first version (see picture).

The one in the picture was printed in SirayaTech Blu resin, but should work fine in PLA or any other plastic, and shouldn't need supports (if you want a perfect print might use some supports under the screw pocket, but not necessary.

Fusion 360 file uploaded as well, you're free to remix it for improvements.
