Belt holder for Gigaset A220

A convenient holster-style belt holder designed to fit the Gigaset A220 DECT phone.

Fits belts up to 40mm wide and 5mm thick.

I printed it in Prusament PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, support everywhere, with 100% infill (because there were hardly any voids when using a 0.6mm nozzle) - this took 55g of plastic and a 2 hour 19 print time.  I recommend printing it standing up, as shown in the screenshots.  With a 0.4mm nozzle it makes sense to use less infill.
