The Model Electronics Railways Group make and sell a range of self assembly electronics modules to operate model railway layouts and the associated accessories. The modules build as PCBs and the builder has to source an enclosure for their module themselves. The Ezybus system is an Arduino based bus control enabling multiple accessories such as points, signals, lights etc to be controlled using a simple 4 wire bus cable around the layout. This project provides an easily printed case for the system controller.
The project uses 4 x M3 x 10mm countersink head screws to fix the base and the lid together. The PCB is sandwiched between the lid and base on the screw posts.
The basic files provide a plain lid, files are also provided for a lid with an inlay that is more complex to print and requires a colour change within the first two layers.
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
