removed the full layers in the holes, as there is a Slicer setting for that in superslicer and prusaslicer now:

Print Settings → Perimeters & shell → “Advanced” Section → set “no perimeters on bridge areas” to “Fill the voids with bridges”

this automagically detects floating hole perimeters like in this design and adds a full bridge layer for support
