Description
PDFThis is an extremely high tech and over-engineered jig for the BLV mgn12 mod. Using advanced maths and sciences, I concocted a technological marvel consisting of the following features:
- 39mm wide to align your y-axis rails the appropriate distance
- 51.5mm long to center your y-axis belt tensioner
- 26.3mm tall to get your y-axis motor mount juuuuuust right

Print it as accurately as possible? The BigRep Studio ended up being spot on in all dimensions at 0.2mm layer height.
Looked at the dimensions in the dimensions.pdf file from BLV mgn12 mod. I used those dimensions to make this mathematical wonder in SolidWorks.
