There aren't many F6 cases to choose from out there. I've tried a few, but they either ended up being too small, not fitting right, or were just a little too flimsily mounted for my liking. So here is my shot at it.
THIS IS A WIP. I have everything printed and magnets mounted, that works great. I have not fitted the board inside yet, so print with caution. This is primarily to mount on my AM8, but it should work with others just fine.
Designed for extra room for wire mess, and airflow!!
Update: Uploaded v1 of the enclosure and lid. I've included a lid to mount a 92mm or 80mm fan. I intended to glue in some small magnets, 6mmx1.8mm, into the indents on each corner. You can use M3 screws to fasten the lid on the sides. There are also 3 holes in the bottom of the case for using M3 screws to mount the case to aluminum extrusion (as well as M5 holes on the sides). I'll print this out soon and test it.
Update: Added v2 of all parts! Widened up the enclosure to add clearance for the USB cable and wiring. Not sure if it's going to be too little space or too much. I have a 90 degree connector on order, that is what I recommend using for USB connection!
Update (2/22/2020): I have this case installed on my printer and it is working as intended. The zip tie holes and wire outlets are a bit too small, but everything else still works. I have a Fysetc S6 installed inside, as the F6 and S6 are dimensionally the same!
Added STEP files!!
