Got an MK3S+ with a Revo Six? Tired of the nozzles rattling in the plastic holder that you printed? I was too. A bit of pondering and I realized that I could make a holder with a tapered hole that would hold the nozzle by the silicone sock, isolating the brass from the plastic and quieting things down. After a few iterations, here it is.
I was definitely inspired by Art G.'s idea, I just added a few more holes, then enlarged and tapered them to suit my needs. I also decreased the thickness to save printing time and filament.
Mine is printed in Jet Black Prusament PETG, 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle, mainly because that is what I have on the printer now. I am sure other rigid plastics would work fine. I printed with the numbers down, and I added support for the counterbores in the screw holes. The stock M3X10 screws work OK, but if you have them, M3X12s might be a better option, as the screws only engage for a couple of turns. If you use the M3X10s, take care not to over-tighten them.
The GCode I uploaded is for my MK3S+, which has a few changes specific to the Revo Six I am using implemented. These changes include a longer, reversed purge line and a longer retraction after printing to allow for cold nozzle changes.
