This Bowden tube clip gets rid of the loose fit the original clip has at the extruder.
My Ender 3 v2 had a lot of play at the fitting so I found a model that is designed to fix it. It worked very well but I had a lot of issues printing it and it would always break when I would go to remove the supports. I used one anyway that had a missing leg that secures to the tube. I was very happy with it, but it ended up breaking after a few days of printing.
Let me know if it works for you.
Enjoy!
I designed this one from scratch, but I used the original model as a base for my design. My goal was to design it so as not to need any supports and to strengthen some of the weak points. I think it came out pretty good for my first 3D model. I don't think it will, but if mine's breaks, I will try printing it on its side to see if changing the layer lines will help.
It was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 Personal.
You will also need a small zip tie to secure the clip to the tube.
