Print instructions

I printed using the then-supplied filament (Prusa Silver PLA, not Prusament) with the default profile for 0.20mm layer height, except I turned off infill because it was unnecessary.

One of the holes was a bit tight but they all fit okay once I got the keys in the first time and it's lasted a year and a half of light use since then.
