After some particularily heavy gaming I noticed the stock rubber cover on my left thumbstick was coming off, so I designed an FDM friendly-ish replacement that snaps on to the thumbstick base, I included some sacrificial supports but additional underside support is recommended. Results are quite good if you have a steady hand, use flushcutters to cut away the supports from the edge and then carefully peel off using pliers. Printed using dank old prusa PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height varying to 0.07mm layerheight for the top detail.
