A frame made to hold a lithophane and a colour-changing light as shown in the pictures. The inside can be lined with tinfoil to increase reflectivity and brightness of the picture. Originally made as a gift to my mother as her father (and my grandfather) had recently passed away in order to keep him around as a memory in a unique way as opposed to just having a regular photo. You can put whatever pictures you want to turn into lithophanes as well. The frame is adhered to the light through the hole in the bottom and can just be plugged directly into the wall. I had gone through a couple of different prototypes but settled on this one so it could accommodate the colour-changing light rather than just some white LEDs and because my original design (which was a standing frame) kept warping heavily.
This was entered for the Lights competition as it involved the use of an RGB LED lamp that plugs into the wall in order to light the lithophane.
