Cross-Section of Bone

A model showcasing the differences between healthy bone and bone that has lost some of its density through osteoporosis or time in space without enough exercise as a cross-section. The models are slightly zoomed-in compared to the actual pore sizes. Originally designed for a FIRST Lego League (FLL) competition for the theme of Into Orbit as part of my team's innovative solution presentation. Can also be used as a model to showcase the structure of bone on a microscopic scale.
