Is the Big Einsy Case still not Big enough? struggling to fit some additional goodies in there!
Introducing the Phat Einsy Case! This is as big as it can possibly go! You phsyically cannot print a bigger case using the prusa I3.
There is (just) enough room for all cables to come from the bottom providing you have rubber feet
The bottom screw mounts can be a little harder to screw it, but even just the top two are strong enough!
The Phat Einsy gives you over twice the real estate of the original stock einsy case.
This is a remix of the original big einsy by the legend of Boogie
Why?
I run a USB to Ethernet converter (as my Octoprint instance lives in docker in my server room) so i needed room for the USB to Ethernet box, plus power buck, plus camera and printer USB cables and ethernet cable.
The Standard Big Einsy was just NOT big enough
If interested in doing the same, this is the USB to ethernet i use

No Raspberry PI for this guy! let docker do the heavy lifting
Printing
Plate supports only, and if you get warnings about some of the supports falling outside the printable area, you can ignore, obviously dont expect a brim!
Whats Next?
I'm going to try and slip a ethernet socket onto the lid, meaning my prusa will merely have visible, a single ethernet socket which goes to my wall socket and to my server room!
As neat and tidy as it can be!
When i do this, i'll share that lid design
