The bearing location is too low. I have a 3kg eSUN spool, and it is sitting on the filament right now as the spool is new. I had to put bigger bearings but this didn't solve the issue. (edited)
@MiroJ_57514 Yeah, the thing is, the first spool I got wasn't completely full so I didn't realize that the walls were in the way. Since then I got some others and they all got stuck so I changed the design but forgot to upload :)

@MiroJ_57514 Updated the model, inner wall is now a good deal lower. Outer wall is the same to keep the spool from running off the bearing.
Thanks, @Alwarren_262790. This looks much better now. I did the same modification (manually) on my printed part.
