Nice add on. Printed in green Monoprice PLA.

Thks.

This makes a great container even better! Thanks for posting this.

Printed in Overture Matte Yellow PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, .28mm layer height.

great addition to this vase to make it more functional! fit perfectly for me

.3 layers in PET

Great, simple design. I'm not sure the mechanics of vase mode, but this was a VERY tight fit for me. I printed the vase at 0.88 line width, so I wonder if the thicker width made this a tighter fit. It worked out in the end, but for others coming along after it might be worth slightly scaling down if needed

IMO, this transformed the stock size spiral cup to something much more usable. I’d downsized the original cup but once I printed this out, the original was perfect for a place to put my frequently used tools with my Mini.

Green parts - Atomic UV reactive green PETG
Gray parts - Filament PM gray PETG (edited)

Thanks for the design, fits very well. I decided to remove some, IMHO, useless parts with the very useful subtractors in PrusaSlic3r. Here what came out in Prusament Mystic Brown PLA at 0.3 layerheight. Find the Slic3r project in the Remix section.

@steffanders what are the dimensions of your file, diameter?

@crashkg_83954 It's the same as the original. I just removed some parts with PrusaSlicer. Measurment is easy in PrusaSlicer since version 2.6.0. The diameter you can see in your Slicer of choice as well.

Fits perfectly into the cup. Great idea and model. Thanks.

@Krzysztof Looks great! thanks for the feedback

I printed this design for the Tactile Spiral Vase Pen Cup
