Heltec LoRa 32 Simple Box

For Heltec LoRa 32 V2 915 MHz boards with no headers soldered in.  I think they sometimes include different antennas, so see the image for the type this is designed for.  No other hardware required: the halves slide together.  Make sure to put the base on the right way around so that the detents match up.  I personally zip-tied a battery to the bottom.
