Super hungry cat food dispenser roll

Our cat was eating too fast and regulary choking on is food. To solve this problem I revised the design of Hanjo 3D's pet food model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2718978), because the design was lacking in certain areas. The following things were improved in this model:
(1) An interior cylinder which has different sizes of holes, as the size of pet food can differ depending on the brand/flavour that you buy.
(2) An exterior cylinder, containing 1 hole through which the food will be dispensed.
(3) Caps which now screw on the exterior cylinder to have and easy way to open up the cat dispencer.

I have printed it in PLA and PETG with no problems
