CHANGE NOTE 01/18/19 - updated the thing to the latest 3.5 version of the Caliburn using the new and improved MilanCoupler part which holds up much better with the enlarged connection to the EliteUpper part.

Also included a ramrod base as request. However I didn't test this part so be aware to test it yourself.

CHANGE NOTE 10/28/18 - added MilanCouplerC to my thing with an ID of 40mm. The default MilanCoupler keeps breaking after some period of use.

CHANGE NOTE 09/03/18 - update to be able to use a 40/36mm tube in the new takedown magwell design of the Caliburn by Captain Slug. I used M5 thread pins to make the magwell pins. I would suggest to print the MilanCoupler at 100% infill.

ORIGINAL SUMMARY

I wanted to create the Caliburn blaster for me and my son. However I couldn't find the right tube diameter to use in the Caliburn and therefor I've modified the included parts to fit a tube with outer diameter of 40mm and an inner diameter of 36mm.

The o-ring used to have a tight seal with the tube is a ring of 29.4x3.1mm of 70 shore.

Very nice design!
