DOES NOT WORK STABLE TROUGH GLASS YET, DO NOT USE IT, JUST FOR TESTING. (Maybe it is working with an aluminium surface.)
2016.09.30. With this position I can't setup it correctly :( Feel free to post your idea. At the first place where I fixed it worked. It is fixed only one screw, and I can rotate it. Maybe this is the difference?
2016.09.29. 11:25 the print is ready, check for the tcrt board thickness if need increase tcrtModuleBoardThick the fit yours. (now its 1.5mm) I used a knife to make mine a little bigger.
Dont know how it is working when direkt sunlight hit the bed. When calibrating watch for do not break the glass with wrong end stopping. (keep your finger on reset button on ramps)
This is a replacement for the inductive sensor for a TCRT5000 infrared reflective module from eBay. Using this sensor you don't need level shifter to ramps 1.4 board, you can connect it direct to ramps board replacing the inductive sensor.
Print the holder and 2 nuts. You need an M3 threaded screw to hold the tcrt5000 board in place.
The work is still in progress.I have been using this sensor for a while but with another holder (that is not too stable).I am printing the 5th version of this now. Hope it will be perfect for this time.
