I have quite a collection of rechargable AA batteries. They used to live in a basket with the chargers but this arrangement posed some basic problems.

* It is hard to find matching batteries - same mark / capacity * I can never tell which ones are charged and which ones are flat

The idea with this sorter is it has capacity for 20 AA batteries. In order to tell the charged from the discharged I decided to place charged batteries in pointing up (positive to the top) and discharged batteries up-side down.

I designed the model with Blender. The gcode file was generated with Cura 4.1 on the Standard settings for my printer - Creality Ender 3 Pro. The only modification to the slice is to have the first layer print at 60 deg bed temperature and then drop to 45 deg.
