You need 4 M2,5x10mm Screws and a 22,6mm ptfe tube.

you dont need Thread insert. instead of that you need m3 square nuts.

if you want to use your old carriage, you'll have to cut or file out a small corner for the sensor plug. or you can print out the new x-carriage. (thanks to Bernd for that)
