hmmm u says 58-62 mm the 62 mm will fit but too much drag due to tight clearance top of wheel to housing radius fyi the most common sizes found around are 65-80 mm

@vwbug200713_180811 Hockey / goalie wheels are the smaller ones along with some luggage wheels. Did you measure the wheels you have, are you sure they are not a bit larger than 62?
Either way I highly suggest bearings, these wheels are not recommended.
