parrot no mess tray + feeder

if your parrot spends their time mostly out of the cage you know how messy they are.
this really minimised the amount of mess and limited it to the tray only, i used cura fuzzy skin and a 0.8mm nozzle, around 4 hours for the tray.
scale to size for your parrot, had to print it in 180% for my friends b&g macaw , while my caique prefers it at 90%
