Baofeng UV-5R Volume Lock and Button Cover - TPU

Cover for Baofeng series of radios to prevent hot mic and accidental volume adjustments.

To be printed in TPU or other flexible filament.

The cover is attached by unscrewing the antenna, adding the cover, and screwing the antenna back on. The volume knob can easily be accessed by bending the cap out of the way, and the transmit button can still be pressed with direct pressure on the center of the button. Alternatively, the button cover can be also simply be bent out of the way.

Because the part is designed to be printed without supports, it's a relatively easy print even for printers not tuned to print flexible filament.
