I always seem to lose my shirts' collar stays when doing laundry. Luckily, they are simple and fast to print! 3D printing collar stays also allows for easy customization, like the chevrons I've included on the version I printed. Each print file will produce 4x sets of collar stays that print as a single grid of parts. The grid can just be cut apart using scissors and will help keep the remaining collar stays consolidated until you need to use them.
Under an hour print time, no supports necessary, and only a total of four print layers! I printed using PLA on the Prusa i3 MK3. I also opted to print the chevron version but I've included a blank version of the 2.5-inch size in both STEP and STL so you can easily customize your collar stays!
To customize the blank version, I recommend creating a sketch on the top surface of one of the parts, extrude a cut with a depth of 0.2mm (one layer of the print), and then pattern the cut feature to the remaining parts. Note that the part spacing is 0.45in horizontally and 2.55in vertically.
