This is a cover I made for my 1st Gen Chevy Volt Key fob to prevent accidental button presses. The ridge around the cutout for the buttons makes the buttons less likely to be pressed by other objects in my pocket, and also makes it easier to feel where the buttons are when I want to press them without looking at the fob. A number of other cars also used a similar fob, so there may be others that this will fit. I printed it standing up with the small side down. I've printed in both PETG and PLA. Both worked, but I ended up using the PLA version as it rendered a bit better. The circular cutout at the top is intended to snap over the button at the top of the fob. I heated it slightly and bent it into place to get a good fit. The case seems to stay on fine without it though, so you can just snap it off if it's hard to get it to print well. I used a brim to help with bed adhesion.
Edit: I have uploaded an updated version of this that works a bit better. The hole for the button to latch into is placed a little better, and has more material around it to help it render better. I also cut away a little on the back to show the Chevy logo and make the cover easier to remove if you need to use the physical key.
