10.75" & 8" Futures Finbox Installation Jigs - Surfboard Building

I created these jigs to help me install the larger style Futures finboxes. They are sometimes called One Shot or Strong Boxes or trackboxes (for foilboards). Included are jigs for both the 10.75" and 8" finboxes. They both use the same base and there are different inserts depending on which size finbox you are installing. Glue is required to assemble the jigs, I recommend CA or Weld-On 16.

The jigs are to be used with the included router bases for ¼" or 3/8" router bits. The router bases fit a Makita style trim router. I did include two additional versions for the router bases with smaller diameter bushings as different 3D printers have different tolerances so try them all out and see what works best for your set Added a DeWalt base plate for 3/8" bit.

• 0.3mm layer height
• 25% Infill
