Prusa Bear MK3/MK3S Y 10mm belt holder and tensioner

Remixed the design I used without issues for a wider 10mm belt. I had to move stepper motor a little to keep things aligned, but with bear frame it is not a big problem.

Idler pulley - 20T, 18mm diameter, 13mm height. mounted with 5x30mm shaft. For pivot point use M3x45 with nylock nut.
