Rainwater tank overflow to 15mm garden hose

This is a remix of Rain barrell overflow 1'' hose adaptor (by Toqisek) and Hose Connector / Adapter Set - Gardena (R) Quick-Connect Compatible, 3/4" Faucets, and 1/2" Hoses (by guppyk), both on Thingiverse (Printables doesn't let me use a Thingiverse model as a remix base).

This is an overflow kit for a rainwater collector tank (or water butt as it's called in British English) that can be connected to a 15mm garden hose (a common hose size on this side of the pond).

The thread going inside the barrel is 33mm in diameter, so I used a 32mm cone drill bit and just jiggle it a bit to get the connector to fit. I've also used a couple of 32mm gaskets on both sides to try and stop any leaks.

The nut seems to be slightly tight on the adapter; just screw it and unscrew it back a few times to get it nice and smooth.

Both models are already in their best printing orientation; for the nut no supports are needed, but you'll need supports for the overflow connector. If you're using Cura, I'd highly suggest tree supports, as it's a breeze removing them. Print both models with a very high number of walls and top/bottom layers, to get a strong print. I've used PLA as temperatures here rarely exceed 25°C even in the summer (77F), but if you live in a hot climate I'd suggest using PETG/ABS/ASA.
