I have a 100+ year old house, which is constantly, slightly, shifting around. This print fixes a common problem, allowing you to extend out your latch for your screen/storm door from the door frame if it does not latch. Customizable in OpenSCAD, but I'm including .6mm, 1mm, 1.6mm, and 2mm sizes, but feel free to download the .scad file and use the Customizer for your exact size.
In the photo above, I combined 2x 1mm spacers easily to fix my latch. Feel free to print thinner shims and stack them as I did until your door latches securely.
I printed mine in PLA, .2mm layer height, with slightly higher infill - I'd suggest 30 to 40%, but shouldn't need more. The thickest version, at 2mm, uses .992 meters of filament.
