Industrial lamp with concrete base

Wellcome to my little office with Prusa MINI +.

I made industrial lamp with concrete base, retro bulb and soft pad made of recycled rubber.

We will need: 

• Concrete (fine concrete with small stones)

• Recycledrubber pad (used under the washing machine)

• Cable with a textile cover 3x0,75 (1, 5m)

• Plastic sleeve with thread E27 (38 mm diameter, 42 mm height)

• 2 pieces of sleeve ring E27

• Cable switch

• Plug

• Electrical insulating tape

• Light bulb E27

• Paint spray
• 3D form for concrete and a shade

Instructions:

1) Print the form for the concrete base and glue the mold on a flat and smooth board. 

2) Pour concrete.

3) Print the shade.

4) Clean the shade and spray it with any color.

5) Remove the mold from the concrete mold and carefully remove the inner part, 
broken parts repair, you can paint a colorless anti-dust coating (minimum 48 hours).

6) Glue the thread for the socket to the bulb.

7) Create a cable with a switch, plug and connect it to the socket.

8) Screw the sleeve into the glued ring. With the second ring, pull it like a nut.

9) Cut the rubber pad for the concrete base from recycled rubber (it works better with scissors.

10) Place a concrete base on a rubber pad (you can glue it).

11) Put on the shade and it's done.
