Thanks for this! I didn't take your advice about checking "sink fit". I felt it was a good "test" for the TAZ 6 rebuilt printer just purchased. It was an over 24 hour print using SimpliFy3d, 20% infill, 0.200 layers and 3mm PLA. Supports are needed under the 3 "tabs", but came off very easily. The basket came out VERY NICE but it didn't fit the sink. I think the basket, as printed, will still be usable while not "hugging" the sink corner. In addition to "shape", users should check height as well. Height was not an issue for me.
Because the shape didn't match, the tabs didn't want to fit on the sink edge well enough to attach. I plan to use Fusion 360 to redesign, probably a much different attachment method, but it shouldn't be too hard.
Not asking for a design change, but it might be nice to include holes in all 3 tabs. Also, with only 20% infill, there isn't much "meat" around the holes. With SimpliFy3d, one can "split" up different sections of a print. Here, I might have used 20% for most of the basket but 100% for the tabs. Thanks, again, Gary.
