Sunlu S8 Biqu H2 Mount (H2 V2 Compatible)

(this is not the final version, some of the designs may change, if you incounter a problem with the design, please let me know)

• Everything is ment to be put together with only M3 screws, nuts and washers, but i havent measured everything up yet, so just keep in mind, that you might need a good selection of difrent lengths of screws.
• new fanduct design, for stronger and more durable part, fitment and easier to printing, but old designs are still there, so you can choose the one you like, or use one something else, that mounts to the Biqu h2 from the 2 front holes.

I desgined this mount for my Sunlu S8 since i wanted to upgrade it with a Biqu H2 V2, but the existing mounts did not fit my x carriage at all.

The BL Touch and 5015 part cooling fan duct is adjustable in hight, so it should work, even if you use a difrent heat block or nozzle, both are installed with M3 screws and nuts.

The cable from the 5015 blower and the stepper motor, can be mounted behind the extruder when installed (no matter if the port on the stepper motor is facing up or down), and fastened to the cable relief arm, above the BL Touch.

The BL Touch has a shield that can be installed, to protect the cable from getting in contact with the 35mm cooling fan, if the wires or faceing inward when installed.

The mount plate can be attached with up to 4 screws, the 2 holes on the left on the x carriage, and the 2 posts for the original hotend mount, to ensure a firm mounting to the x carriage plate.

The 5015 part cooling fan can also be mounted on other Biqu H2 (V1 and V2) mount, since it uses the 2 M3 screw holes on the front of the extruder, or you can use whatever part cooling fan you desire,
