Hey, here's my 1/30 scale Zlin 242L, ready to print.

[Edit v.1.1. Updated cowling to more accurate profile w/ stall rails, improved prop shape, thinned landing gear legs, and changed recommended print settings for rear fuselage.]

Printer settings for Cura Ender 3 profile set to “Fine” for all settings with the changes below made:

All components 0.1 layer height except:

Ailerons, rear fuselage, horizontal stab 0.15

Nose wheel, main wheels, nose oleo, landing legs 0.06

Wall thickness 2 for forward fuselage, cowling (use 3 walls)

Wall thickness for Rear fuselage single wall to keep tail light. With previous settings coins in cowling would be insufficient to keep the nose down.

Infill 10% for all components except:

Cowl - 20% infill for increased nose weight

Rear fuselage - 5% infill

Prop blades - 0% infill

Brims for all small components for stability, supports everywhere where recommended by Cura.

Print speeds should be the default “Fine” settings for all components (60mm/s) except prop blades, which should be 10mm/s or less.

All parts should be printed individually for maximum quality. Ailerons, flaps, vertical and horizontal stabilizers, and elevator should be printed vertically.

Parts may have to be resized x1000 depending on Cura settings.
