This is a small project I started this weekend to organize my (mostly USB) cables better. I already had a similar rack made from metal, but figured 3D printing is a thing now, so...

The design tries to minimize on plastic by supporting each "finger" with two thin walls, allowing you to print without supports. I strongly suggest you print it with the back on the plate, as it gives much better adhesion. (Printing with the "fingers" flat on the bed, prints faster but I had severe difficulties having all the 24 thin walls to stick properly to the bed, YMMV)

The Fusion 360 design is parameterized for the number of fingers and screws.

Print instructions

Category: Organization Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK3

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.15mm

Infill: 20%

Filament: Das Filament PLA Magenta
Notes:

I used Slic3rPE's Layer editing feature to print the upper 5mm tips of the fingers in a finer resolution, as having smooth tips there is more pleasant to the touch :)

This print will take roughly 8h print on the 0.15mm profile.
