I decided to (re)mix CaseStudyno8s (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5377195) and 3DPRINTINGWORLD (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3606120)s designs to create my own stormtrooper's collapsing lightsaber. So I remodeled the whole thing to fit the collapsible blade. Multiple parts were put together so it is less about gluing and more about layer color changes within the print. The Blade is also remodeled. It has a steeper angle, so it is not so thin at the end which also helped the blade to be longer and broader. Plus the tip curve fits better.
There are two slots for an O-ring, 32 inner diameter, 3mm thick to be precise. You can simply slide them or stretch them over the models.
I am going to print it this weekend to find any tolerance issues (mainly blade, pommel thread) and so on and I will keep the whole thing updated.

Download, print and enjoy! :)
UPDATE: Tolerances worked fine, everything is nice and clean, gcode works perfect! :) Photos are made after the weekend test print, no changes needed :)
