Notes:

All parts are already oriented how they should be printed on an FDM printer.

Recommended print settings for Cura:
  • PosTerm - Lots of walls and top/bottom layers, so you'll be sure to have plenty of material around the pilot hole for when you drill your own hole for a screw.
  • Body - 0.125mm layer height, plus adaptive layer height with 0.075mm variance. Use support touching the buildplate for the two tabs.
  • Clip - Use support touching buildplate.
  • Flush Cover - No support. Use decent bridge settings, and bump up "Skin overlap percentage" (I used 20%).
