While working on a budget file server I decided that I wanted to water cool the CPU. The only issue the case I am using is an Older Cooler Master Elite 330 case from 2005 and was not really designed for water cooling. I decided to install a 120mm AIO radiator in the rear fan location, but the new Deep Cool 120 AIO Radiator did not fit. I designed a set of spacers to give enough room to mount the radiator. The case I have use mounting holes for a 120mm, 92mm and 80mm fans. I used the 92mm fan mounting holes to attach the spacers to teh case using standard fan screws.
There are 2 sets of 92mm fan holes. One set is centered and the second lower the radiator 3mms from center.
I mounting the spacers to the the radiator using #6-32 x 3/8 screws and hex nuts as spacers so the screws did not go too far into the radiator.
