Bike Fishing Pole Holder

This piece is a way to carry a fishing pole on a bike. The design has the pole running along the top tube, and held in on the seatpost and the top of the head tube. The opening on the pieces should be able to accommodate just about any size pole. The only extra things that you need is a small rubber band.
