Kossel Igus+v6 Effector

When building the Monster Kossel, I got Igus rod ends instead of the Traxxas variation.

I couldn't re-use my Mini Kossel's effector, but I really liked the way the clamp worked to keep it all in place.

Cue this effector. Spacing is compatible with original Kossel carriages, and the Igus rod ends fit on the carriage side just fine. Only on the effector were they too close together.

So, space the ending on the effector a bit.
