My rotary unit for my co2 laser came with a complete useless cone to center the parts when using the chuck. I knocked it out of the bearing and designed my own "ecosystem"

I engrave a lot of wineglasses, waterbottles, thermoflasks, yeti-cups etc etc. So I needed a system to handle those items in the rotary. I made a system of different fixtures to fit the different diameters on the items. All parts is designed so they fit on the endplate (using the Chuck_screw) OR also in the chuck. In that way they can be used in many combinations.

I've added the files in .f3d and .obj formats so you can modify the parts to fit your own items.

The adjustable "chuck" to hold the end of round items is build from 3 parts: A, B and a bushing (to make it easier to print).

For this you also need:

3 screws M6x50

3 nuts M6

3 washers M6

some heatshrink to prevent scratches.

Happy rotating.. ;-)
