Lattice Pencil Holder

This model prints in draft mode without support and without infill.  It has a surprising amount of surface area which means that it consumes filament and weighs more than one might suspect.  It takes a while to print.

The print holds 48 pencils.  The square tubes are about 1cm square.  There is a divided tray at the bottom to hold paper clips and push pins.  I had to scale this down to 95% to fit in the build volume of my Prusa Mini.

This would be good in the classroom to hold and assortment of colored pencils or to hold paint brushes.  This could sit in the center of a table and give students access to all sides.
