Titan Aero All metal Extruder Upgrade

This is a upgrade part for Titan Aero All Metal Extruder, the all metal version of the E3D titan extruder clone.

Adding it to use flexible (TPU) filaments in bowden extrusion configuration and maybe (probably don't need) direct drive.

Extremely small margin of error, or just fix it with some sanding.
