Simple hinged brackets so you can attach tail lights and a number plate (or tag if you're in the USA) to the Yakima Bike Rack.
Where I live you are required to have lights and a number plate on the rack by law; or you risk getting a ticket from the police.
Made these folding or hinged so if the rack is in the folded or upright position the lights etc can be folded down, rather than facing the sky. Also they can be folded for storage.
Also made them hinged so if you catch them while exiting a steep driveway etc, they should fold out the way (I hope)
Use 4mm bolts and nylon locking nuts for the pivot; tighten so they are firm but will still move with a bit of force. Holes and slots for the lights & number plate are 6mm.
The slots in the longer sections (Frame mount) are so a they can be cable-tied to the rack, no drilling required.
Print them on their side so the loop part is flat on the bed. This will make them stronger too because of the line orientation.

Made a version of the frame mount that is a bit thicker; so they shouldn't bend as much when you cable tie them to the rack.
