Bearing Press Tools for 6900, 6902, 6802 Bearings

The files marked "Press In" are a remix of bikenerd tools. I just changed the numbering to be on the side so it could be bigger text.

The files marked "Press Out" are for pushing the pivot bearings out of the rear suspension and frame of a 2010 - 2012 Giant Reign. They are designed not to catch on the frame openings.

Files marked as "Cup" are to allow the bearing to be pushed out of the frame completely.

Use 8mm bolt for the 6802 & 6902 tools; 6mm bolt for the 6900 tool. Also use washers to help stop the tools crushing.

For pressing in the bearings, a C-clamp also works or a vice if you have one. Take care to have the bearing as straight as possible when pressing in.

Use minimum of 3mm for the outer layers and 2.2mm for top and bottom with 25% infill.

PLA worked quite well and didn't crush or break.
