Honda CRV Sway Bar Bush

A while back I changed out the sway bushes on a 2004 Honda CRV. The replacement bushes I used were Urethane. However I had to buy generic ones and cut them down with a knife to make them fit, as there are none available here for this model Honda.

As I have a roll of Urethane rubber, it occurred to me that you could print them in Urethane.

Front bushes are for a 27mm diameter sway bar; rear are for a 19mm diameter sway bar.

Not the best design, but they are close in dimensions to the originals.

There's slotted version like the originals and solid versions as well. Suggest printing them on their ends to avoid using supports. Print solid to make them like the originals. Otherwise use at least 3mm walls and 30% infill.

Haven't had a chance to print these yet, but thought you might like to try them.
