Sapphire Plus E3D Volcano hotend upgrade kit

This is a plate/mount set for Two Trees Sapphire Plus E3D volcano hotend upgrade. You may watch my youtube video and see how I use this to upgrade my printer to print at 240mm/s.

You need the following screws and nuts:

1. M3*45mm x2 (E3D hotend mount)
2. M3*12mm x2 (Part cooling fans)
3. M3*8mm x2 (Bltouch adjustable height plate)
4. M3 Hex nuts x6
